- Education: Graduated with a Bachelor's degree, MSc, or similar level.

- Technical Skills: Experience with Jira or any other agile project management software, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, for making clear and beautiful presentations.
- Experience: 2 or 3 years of experience managing software development projects, experience with Agile methodologies and teamwork in dynamic environments.
- Engineering Background: Engineering Bachelor's degree is highly valued.
- AI Experience: Experience or interest in working in Artificial Intelligence (NLP, ML, etc.) and pharmaceutical industry companies or projects.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive salary + incentive package (depending on experience level).
- Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule (38h): Monday to Thursday: check-in 08:00h-09:30h, check-out starting at 17:00h; Fridays: from 09:00h to 15:00h.
