About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Manager to join our team in Iberia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving our digital media strategy and activations to deliver maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy that aligns with our business objectives, including media planning, buying, and optimization.
  • Media Buying and Planning: Manage media buying and planning processes, including budget management, vendor relationships, and campaign execution.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to inform future media strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of media professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in digital media, with a strong background in media planning, buying, and analytics.
  • Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute effective digital media strategies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
