About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Media Manager to join our Iberia team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the digital media agenda and activations to deliver maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute media strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Manage media budgets and coordinate with agencies to ensure seamless execution.
    • Continuously track and evaluate media performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Integrated Media Planning
    • Lead media planning and coordination with agencies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Develop and implement brand audience strategies to reach target consumers.
    • Manage programmatic and data partnerships to complement first-party data strategies.
  • eCommerce and Retail
    • Expand online share in key retailers and nurture pure players.
    • Optimize eRetail listings and customer product detail pages (PDPs).
  • Agencies Management
    • Manage relationships with digital and media agencies to ensure flawless coordination and execution.
    • Lead privacy and GDPR compliance efforts to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Team Leadership
    • Develop and lead a team of media professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience.
  • Commercially minded, results-driven, and pragmatic mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to improve processes.
  • Proactive problem solver with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing.
  • MS Office and social media knowledge.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
