About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Stryker Iberia S.L. as a Senior Product Manager Trauma Iberia. This is a key role that will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Trauma product portfolio in the Iberia region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market share in the Trauma product segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product development opportunities.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize product offerings.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute product launch plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the medical devices industry.
  • Experience working with implants, ideally within the orthopedic and trauma sector.
  • Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1).
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic support and excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
