About the Role

As a key member of the Stryker Trauma team, you will drive market share growth through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. Your expertise will shape the annual and long-range strategy for our Trauma product portfolio in Europe, aligning with global objectives to achieve required growth, profit, and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive market share growth and portfolio expansion.
  • Collaborate with local Marketing teams to lead downstream execution and contribute to upstream marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Education Manager to identify education, brand experience, and customer engagement opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with the European Trauma Extremities Leadership Team, Local Marketers, Sales Teams, and key customers.
  • Coach and guide interns within the group.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the European market and customer needs.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
