About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Trauma product development efforts in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products, as well as improving existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our Trauma products and services in the Iberia region.
  2. Product Development and Launch: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new Trauma products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
  3. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity, informing product development and marketing strategies.
  4. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  5. Business Acumen and Financial Management: Demonstrate strong business acumen and financial management skills, ensuring the successful execution of product development and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Marketing Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience in the Medical Devices industry, with a focus on Trauma and Orthopedic products.
  2. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Trauma and Orthopedic market, including customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
  3. Language Skills: Native or C2 level of Spanish, with fluent English (C1) skills.
  4. Education and Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing, or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, or technical field.
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
