Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Trauma product development efforts in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products, as well as improving existing ones.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Lead Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Trauma and Orthopedic market.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Marketing Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Medical Devices industry.
- Product Development: Experience in product development, ideally in the Trauma and Orthopedic sector.
- Language Skills: Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1).
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing, or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, or technical field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
