- Proven Experience as a Product Manager: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on flight-related products or services.
- Success in Driving Product Development: Demonstrated success in driving product development and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Travel Sector: Experience as a PM within the Travel Sector considered an asset.
- Deep Understanding of the Travel Industry: A deep understanding of the travel industry, including airline operations, distribution channels, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with Flight Booking Systems: Familiarity with flight booking systems, GDS platforms, and airline APIs is a plus.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile Development: Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
- Proven Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a shared vision and goals.
