Job Title: Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at LaFinteca. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for conducting extensive research on current and upcoming payment methods and technologies in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate costs and market prices of payment methods through different industries and countries.
  • Analyze end customer touchpoints and merchant's pain points through the payment process.
  • Enhance and optimize payment processes by contributing to our product development.
  • Prioritize tasks and collaborate with external teams including, but not limited to, tech, marketing, finance, legal, and sales teams.
  • Meet suppliers and stakeholders to support product negotiations and agreements.
  • Follow up on activities and processes for enabling the launch of new products.
Requirements:
  • High English and Portuguese proficiency level - Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech or paytech will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in product.
  • Skilled in market research.
  • A solid grasp of cash flow management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and organizational proficiency.
  • Mastery of Google Docs, Asana, Miro, and Confluence is a plus.
  • Basic technical understanding of APIs.
  • Proficiency in working in a fast-paced industry and organizational environment.
