Product Manager Opportunity at INEOS Composites

INEOS Composites Hispania S.L. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Product Manager to join our team at our Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona) office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support experienced product managers in increasing the profitability of our existing products and developing new products.
  • Conduct market research, gather and analyze market and customer feedback, define product requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote product launches and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales, technology, and manufacturing to ensure product alignment with market needs.
  • Contribute to the product development process, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, and managing timelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or other technical related degrees (MBA preferred).
  • Good understanding of the Chemical Industry, preferably with experience in product management, business management, and/or business development.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and marketing strategies/plans.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Technical Skills:
  • Project management skills
  • Digital marketing capabilities
  • Fluency in English and other European languages would be a plus
  • Microsoft 365 (advanced Excel skills) and SAP
  • Willingness to Travel (customers – INEOS Composites plants (10-20% of time)
