Job Overview

This position is for a Product Manager within the E-mobility Charging Inlet team at TE Connectivity. As a seasoned product manager, you will be responsible for managing both product and market strategy regionally and globally within the Power and Signal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Sensing & Strategy Development
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
    • Develop go-to-market strategies, including channel strategies and partnerships
    • Work with R&D and operations to develop new products that meet current and future customer requirements
  • Develop Business Plan and Data Analysis
    • Work cross-functionally to achieve sales, technology, and operations strategies and goals
    • Regularly analyze data to understand trends, customer, and region segmentation
    • Develop market strategy PBP (Product Business Plan)
  • Execution - New Product Development, Launch, Post Launch
    • Prepare financial analysis in support of new product launches
    • Manage PAC discussions with management for G1 and G2 opportunities
    • Provide product information and samples to customers and sales teams in support of new product launches
Requirements:
  • Engineer with a bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or Mechanics
  • Product Management or Product Strategy experience required
  • Relevant product or industry experience desired, especially in Low-Voltage Terminals and Connectors
  • Strong business acumen, good commercial and process understanding
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurship thinking
  • Clear, strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills & building effective teams
