Brand Manager for Trauma Portfolio Growth

About the Role

Stryker, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to drive growth and success in our Trauma division. As a key member of our European team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual and long-range marketing strategies to achieve growth, profit, and market share targets
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this insight to inform marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to execute downstream marketing initiatives and drive market share gain
  • Work closely with the Education Manager to identify education, brand experience, and customer engagement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including European Trauma Extremities (TE) Leadership Team, Local Marketers, Sales Teams, and key customers (KOLs)
  • Provide analysis of Trauma portfolio performance, brand perception, and other drivers of future brand performance
  • Partner with divisional resources to develop the portfolio through new product development, line extensions, and MA activity
  • Develop pan-European, scalable customer engagement activities, such as facility tours, events, and congresses
  • Manage branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing of assigned brands based on market, customer, and competitive insights
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in the MedTech/healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in leading successful marketing projects, including marketing plans, product launches, and campaigns
  • Strong track record as a leader of cross-functional projects, with ability to build and maintain cross-functional and cross-geographical relationships
  • Broad experience in supporting the sales force and customer-facing activities in the field
  • Proven track record of analysis of key customer and competition trends
  • Proven commercialization of products to drive growth
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English is required, with an additional European language a plus
