About the Role

At Mattel, we're passionate about creating innovative products and experiences that inspire fans and entertain audiences. As a Brand Manager for our Dolls IP portfolio, you'll play a key role in driving the strategic direction of our brands and franchises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional brand strategies for our Dolls IP portfolio, ensuring effective and efficient execution of Mattel's category strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Global Brand Team, content team, and digital marketing teams, to drive brand growth and innovation.
  • Provide strategic direction on product ranging, price architecture, and go-to-market approach to ensure alignment with Mattel's category strategies.
  • Work closely with the communications team to develop and execute PR plans that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including global and local marketing teams, insights, and digital marketing teams.

What You'll Achieve

  • Contribute to the development of regional brand strategies, ensuring alignment with Mattel's category strategies and plans.
  • Support the creation of line creation by the Global Brand Team, providing feedback during the line creation process.
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand Team and Regional Marketing Team to drive brand growth and innovation.
  • Develop and implement marketing tactics that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the toy category and Mattel's brand portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
