We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead our Trauma portfolio in Europe. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving market share growth through the formulation and execution of effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual and long-range strategies for the Trauma product portfolio in Europe to achieve growth, profit, and market share targets.
- Understand customer needs and preferences in relation to our Trauma portfolio and use this insight to inform the development of value-focused messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with local Marketing teams to drive downstream execution and contribute to upstream marketing initiatives.
- Create and distribute scalable assets, tools, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify education, brand experience, and customer engagement opportunities for internal and external audiences.
- Develop strong relationships with the European Trauma Leadership Team, Local Marketers, Sales Teams, internal stakeholders, and key customers.
- Coach and guide interns within the group.
- 5+ years of Marketing experience, with a significant portion in the MedTech/healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in leading successful marketing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Broad experience in supporting sales force and customer-facing activities.
- Proven analysis of key customer and competition trends.
- Proven commercialization of products to drive growth.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is required; an additional European language is a plus.
