About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Media Manager to join our Iberia team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the Iberia digital media agenda and activations to deliver maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying and leveraging new media channels and opportunities.
  • Media Buying and Planning: Manage media buying and planning processes, including negotiating with media vendors and ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of media professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication of media strategies and plans.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure media effectiveness and ROI, providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in digital media and marketing, with a proven track record of success in media planning and buying.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
