About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager Iberia to lead our industrial sales team in the Iberia region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the industrial market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and own the industrial market in the Iberia region, ensuring growth acceleration.
  • Lead a team of 7 direct reports and collaborate with the sales management team to develop business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a solid account plan to consolidate the strategy in the region and deliver expected results.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a technical field such as engineering, chemistry, or other scientific areas.
  • Experience in leading a team in a high-demanding environment.
  • Business analytics experience and mindset to identify root causes and areas for improvement.
  • Proven business acumen for the industrial Iberia market.
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% of working hours.
