About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Media Manager to join our Iberia team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the digital media agenda and activations to deliver maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute media strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Manage media budgets and coordinate with agencies
    • Continuously track and evaluate media performance and adapt strategies as needed
  • Integrated Media Planning
    • Lead media planning and coordination with agencies
    • Develop and implement data-driven media plans
    • Collaborate with brand teams to understand brand-specific needs
  • eCommerce and Digital Engagement
    • Expand online presence in key retailers and nurture pure players
    • Optimize eRetail listings and customer PDP
    • Develop and implement eMerchandising assets
  • Agencies Management
    • Lead digital and media agencies
    • Coordinate and align media plans with category teams
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Team Leadership
    • Develop and lead a team of media professionals
    • Provide guidance and support to team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Commercially minded and results-driven
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple deliverables
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
