Neurodegenerative Disease Research Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Business Development Manager to join our team at Danaher. As a key member of our European Sales & Marketing Organisation, you will be responsible for creating institutional demand for Beckman Coulter's Research Use Only assays for neurodegenerative diseases and companion instruments that can assist in the discovery of new and novel therapeutics to address diseases like Alzheimer's Disease.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and Pursue Leads: Identify and pursue leads from Neurology conferences and congresses to establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop Thought Leadership Network: Develop a network of thought leaders in research of new neurodegenerative biomarkers to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field.
- Build Opportunity Funnel: Build a solid funnel of opportunities with Research Institutes, University Hospitals, and Commercial Labs across Europe to drive business growth.
- Present Value Proposition: Present the value proposition of RUO Neuro biomarkers from Beckman Coulter to customers and stakeholders.
- Closing Sales Process: Generate proposals for customers, negotiate terms with customers, close the sales process, and get contracts signed.
