We are a care expert by partnering with the largest groups, hotels and spas in the world, and we have established ourselves as a leader in the industry.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at CODAGE Paris Kimpton Aysla Mallorca. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing standard operating procedures, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, and promoting the vision of our founders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the smooth running of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
  2. Customer Experience: Create a unique and unforgettable guest experience by ensuring that all spa facilities are operating efficiently and that all staff are providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and housekeeping staff, to ensure that they are providing the highest level of service to our guests.
  4. Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, including inventory, supplies, and labor costs, to ensure that the spa is operating within budget.
  5. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers to the spa.
  6. Quality Control: Ensure that all spa facilities and services meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene, and that all staff are trained to provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa environment.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of spa operations and management.
  4. Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.
