We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at CODAGE Paris Kimpton Aysla Mallorca. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, planning and implementing standard operating procedures, and driving revenue growth through efficient spa operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Spa Operations Management
- Develop and implement effective spa operations strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained at all times.
- Monitor and control expenses to achieve budget targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide coaching and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
