Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective spa operations
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained at all times
- Help prepare and manage the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans
- Monitor budget and control expenses to achieve increased productivity and profitability
- Ensure the maintenance of inventory of supplies and products, and stay up-to-date with market trends and requirements
- Create a unique and unforgettable guest experience, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling pampered and relaxed
- Report directly to the Spa Manager and the Codage management team
Requirements
- Passionate about the world of esthetics and luxury cosmetics
- Warm, dynamic, and smiling, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen, address different audiences, and integrate perfectly into a team
- Capable of listening and replying to guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
- Knowledge of standard spa operations procedures and excellent managerial and supervisory skills
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English and Spanish
