Customer Service Representative Opportunity

At Adm Value, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our German-speaking members in our growing team in Barcelona. As part of our aviation loyalty program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to mileage credits, rewards, and program benefits.
  • Communicate effectively in German and English to cater to our diverse member base.
  • Guide customers through enrollment processes and membership account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
