Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR administrator and team coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in Barcelona and involves coordinating various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of HR & Hospitality to ensure seamless execution of these responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in recruitment by drafting job descriptions, posting ads, screening applications, arranging interviews, conducting interviews, completing reference checks, and drafting offers.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of team members, ensuring a smooth transition process.
- Help keep our performance system on track by arranging regular performance reviews and collecting OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- Conduct the end-of-month payroll and admin process.
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as registering vacation and remote work requests.
- Take ownership of HR legal tasks in Spain and France.
- Assist in organizing team events.
- Participate in the launch of new HR initiatives.
- Complete various HR research on work law for benchmark purposes.
- Help develop our company culture.
- Experience in HR administration and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
