Job Description:

We are seeking a Global Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of the Global Human Resources Division, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive range of HR activities, including administration, employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Data Management: Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data, approve necessary updates, and process information efficiently and promptly.
  • Employee Relations: Participate in employee relations matters, including disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, while ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Onboarding: Organize and conduct new hire onboarding, create a welcoming and structured start for all new team members.
  • Policy Guidance: Advise on HR policies, ensure alignment with regional labor laws and company objectives.
  • Learning & Development: Manage data within the LMS to support ongoing employee growth and mandatory compliance training.
  • Talent Acquisition: Handle recruitment processes, from posting jobs and screening resumes to coordinating interviews, with a focus on engineering and consulting roles.
  • Maintaining Organizational Structure: Update job descriptions and requirements as needed to reflect organizational needs accurately.
  • Supporting HR Communication: Assist with internal and external communication efforts, manage the employee SharePoint site, and promote a transparent and engaging work culture.
  • Driving Employee Engagement: Support employee recognition and engagement programs, boost morale and foster a positive workplace environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Economics
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources
  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
  • Recruitment experience with engineering, consulting or professional services field strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in and pull data from an HRIS preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant HR labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience
