About the Role
The Velux Group is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager to oversee customer inquiries and manage dealer relationships. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction and team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop teams to optimize customer service and performance.
- Handle inbound homeowner and dealer inquiries, providing consistent, high-quality support aligned with company goals.
- Evaluate and optimize processes, implementing best practices for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback to inform decision-making and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to relay customer feedback and ensure transparency with management.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Possess robust leadership skills and effective team management abilities.
- Have advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Showcase problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Have proficiency in analytical thinking and data analysis.
- Demonstrate flexibility and expertise in managing change effectively.
- Have at least fundamental skills in using ERP/CRM/Reporting tools.
- Possess good knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- English language fluency for clear communication in a global context.
