About the Role

The Velux Group is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager to oversee customer inquiries and manage dealer relationships. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction and team success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and develop teams to optimize customer service and performance.
  • Handle inbound homeowner and dealer inquiries, providing consistent, high-quality support aligned with company goals.
  • Evaluate and optimize processes, implementing best practices for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback to inform decision-making and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to relay customer feedback and ensure transparency with management.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

  • Possess robust leadership skills and effective team management abilities.
  • Have advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Showcase problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Have proficiency in analytical thinking and data analysis.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and expertise in managing change effectively.
  • Have at least fundamental skills in using ERP/CRM/Reporting tools.
  • Possess good knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • English language fluency for clear communication in a global context.
