At Bigblue, we're on a mission to empower independent brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping our Spanish customers navigate our platform and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide personalized support via chat
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Product teams to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Develop and maintain in-app content to educate merchants on logistics and product aspects
  • Contribute to the improvement of the Bigblue App through daily interactions with the Operations and Product teams
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly
  • Customer-centric approach and alignment with Bigblue values
