About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a Czech and Slovak language speaker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and valid information to resolve customer issues
  • Be the first point of contact for our partners, resolving basic questions and queries
  • Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and processes

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Computer savvy
  • Resident of or ability to immediately relocate to Athens, Greece
