About the Role

As a member of the Product Support Team at Autodesk, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support services to our customers. Our team is responsible for providing technical guidance, analytics, and thought leadership to help our customers maximize the business value and adoption of their technology investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues reported to Autodesk via various channels, including phone, web, and online forums.
  • Document customer issues and solutions in our Knowledge Base to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software such as Revit, BIM 360, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor, Vault, Flame, Maya, and 3DS Max.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluency in languages such as German, French, Italian, and Spanish is highly valued.
