- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide expert-level support
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong technical background and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of French and Italian is a plus
- Experience with WordPress and website design is a plus
