Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Development Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the Mission, Values, and Service Promises of Accor Hotels by creating programs that support these and bringing them to life in our hotels.

About the Role:
The Learning Development Ambassador will be a key ambassador for the Brand and for the Talent & Culture Department. Responsibilities include:
- Being approachable, friendly, and assisting colleagues when needed on a daily basis.
- Promoting the Mission, Values, and Service Promises through engaging service to our colleagues and guests.
- Developing and driving the L&D strategy in line with the hotel/ Accor vision.
- Ensuring Learning Needs Analysis is performed annually with departments to budget accordingly and develop the following year's L&D strategy fulfilling the training needs of the business.
- Evaluating training programs to ensure effectiveness and implementing action plans.
- Managing the appraisal process within the hotel, and tracking the L&D needs of ambassadors/leaders to then implement action plans for training based on these.
- Designing and organizing training programs (both skill and interest-based) for the ambassadors/leaders of the hotel based on the needs and requests of the hotel.
- Creating monthly, quarterly, and yearly training plans for the entire hotel ensuring consistent and structured delivery which meets the needs of the business.
- Communicating information about training events in a timely and professional manner to ensure the business is kept up to date about learning and development activities.
- Facilitating all Accor/Sofitel Standard Training Courses.
- Working with leaders and departmental trainers within the hotel to identify needs and deliver learning solutions including departmental welcoming.
- Preparing the Personal Development Plan for High Potentials.
- Providing ongoing development, guidance, and coaching to the departmental trainers, engaging them in their roles.
- Ensuring a strong, creative, and effective communication system within the hotel to keep ambassadors informed on all training activities.
- Participating actively in local career fairs.
- Assisting with employee grooming during working hours with the support of department heads.
- Actively participating in T&C work & social activities.
- Complying with local legislation as required, such as Lifeguard, Health & Safety, etc.
- Attending training and meetings as and when required.
- Ensuring employees are provided with a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and victimization.
- Treating complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.
- Treating customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.
- Identifying and dealing with issues which may cause cross-cultural conflict or misunderstanding.
- Identifying internal and external training resources and optimizing the budget.
- Understanding the impact of the key components of a successful hotel: ambassadors, customers, owners, and profit.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Director of Talent & Culture or the General Manager.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years' experience in the L&D function.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Good facilitation skills and ability to engage staff.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to lead by example.
- Strong self-initiative and well-organized abilities.
- Supportive team player attitude.

Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
