About the Opportunity
Praxt Talent is seeking an accomplished sales executive to lead the introduction of products into Greece. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales, developing the distribution network, and training for installation and customer sales teams.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager who will focus on finding customers, introducing the products to the market, and managing the growth of the territory. Your responsibilities will include:
- Follower of company core values
- Identify potential customers and partners; introduce the Company and product range; establish relationships in the territory
- Coordinate activities with local partners to promote company products
- Provide sales training to resellers' customer teams and product training to local installation teams
- Management of all sales aspects of the Company's trading in the territory, ultimately responsible for the relationship between the Company and its customers
- Achievement of the sales budget
- Contact and networking with interest groups, associations, and architects
- Establish a network of screen dealers
- Ensure the ERP system has the correct customer information, discount structure, order status, warranty, and any other relevant information
- Review Company's offering to the market and work with Sales and General Manager to adjust offering to meet Greek market demand
- Follow up any warranty claims with factory and customer representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and promote the Company's brand
About You
The successful candidate for this position will be an accomplished sales executive with outstanding negotiation and people skills, a background in manufacturing (preferably in the building industry) in a business-to-business capacity, and extensive experience increasing sales and creating value.
What We Offer
An estimated annual salary of €80,000 - €100,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
