About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, handling guest requests and issues, processing payments, and maintaining accurate accounts for each guest. You will also assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees, while promoting a positive working environment within the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and at least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
