About the Role

As a Microsoft Technical Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our customers develop the skills they need to succeed in the fast-paced world of technology. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that focus on Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver instructor-led training programs on Microsoft Azure cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs that meet customer needs
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
