Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Specialist Azure Infrastructure to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use Microsoft technology and cloud services. As a Technical Specialist, you will work collaboratively across teams to live our shared Culture priorities: Diversity and Inclusivity, Wellbeing, Sustainability, and Customer Obsession.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and win customers' technical decisions, as well as find new opportunities through their contacts and engagements for Sales Specialists to pursue.
  • Work within a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to educate customers at a technical level, demonstrate, and prove our solutions.
  • Maintain and develop deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based technologies.
  • Deliver deep technical product demos.
  • Work cohesively with customers, the Microsoft account team, and Microsoft partners.
  • Help others succeed by identifying and promoting innovative solutions and strategies.
  • Build deep technical relationships with senior executives.
  • Manage various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects.
  • Influence and build relationships across technical and business teams.

Requirements

  • Several years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience in the field of Infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • Equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish language.
