Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer

EIS is a multi-cloud support company that relies heavily on Azure as one of its main Public Cloud Hosting providers for the deployment of the Insurance platform. We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and take on the responsibility of designing, migrating, developing, and implementing Azure infrastructure components and their automated provisioning and configuration for efficient EIS applications and services deployments on Azure Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build scalable and secure Azure infrastructure components, including virtual networks, storage, and security solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless product implementation and deployment.
  • Implement and manage Azure networking solutions, including ExpressRoute and Azure Virtual Networks.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) models for Cloud infrastructure support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and best practices to continuously improve our cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Deep technical experience in infrastructure design, build, and deployment, including private and public cloud, networking, connectivity, storage, virtualization, and identity management.
  • Strong experience with Azure PAM and DLP technologies.
  • Experience with coding languages for scripting, such as Bash or Python.
  • Good knowledge of network administration, VPN/IPSec, and internet routing protocols.
  • Extensive experience with Git and source code management best practices.
  • Experience building and deploying Azure resources using IaC - Terraform.
  • Experience with Azure monitoring and logging tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SQL and non-SQL databases.
  • Experience working with Docker and building, maintaining, and executing Docker images.
  • Experience with Azure CLI or Azure ARM.
  • DevSecOps experience.
  • IT/Cloud certifications.
