Technical Specialist Azure Infrastructure

**Empowering Customer Success**
As a Technical Specialist Azure Infrastructure at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in accelerating secure migrations for our customers to be AI-Ready. You will lead with migration opportunities across Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux Estate, and Migrate SAP, driving customer success through technical expertise and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- **Own Technical Discussions**: Lead technical discussions with customers on Azure Migration, leveraging processes, tools, demos, and programs to establish rules of engagement and drive customer success.
- **Build Customer Strategy**: Develop a strategy that maps the customer's vision into a actionable plan, resolving concerns, preventing technical blockers, and validating a strong business case for investment.
- **Orchestrate Implementation Roadmap**: Collaborate with the customer, account team, and partners to create a comprehensive implementation roadmap, driving technical assessments and migration planning.
- **Drive Technical Assessments**: Conduct thorough technical assessments to create a map of the current landscape and build a solid migration business case, ensuring a smooth transition to the cloud.
**Technical Expertise**: Proven expertise in Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based technologies, with a strong ability to deliver deep technical product demos.
**Collaboration and Communication**: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cohesively with customers, the Microsoft account team, and Microsoft partners.
**Influencing and Relationship Building**: Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior executives, influencing and building relationships across technical and business teams.
