We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our global Wind team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Sales function, you will play a critical role in driving project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
- Support the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
- Plan, prepare, and compile compelling, well-written, and precise proposals and bid documents.
- Utilize and manage Ramboll's internal tools and processes to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication, and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
- Enhance our sales processes, tools, templates, and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in a related field or applicable disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Business Communication, Engineering), or equivalent relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level expected).
