Amazon is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to be based in any major AWS corp office across Europe, supporting strategic partnerships with EMEA-based partners. As an Individual Contributor, you will lead the implementation of Strategic Collaboration Agreements (SCAs) and develop strong relationships with key partner stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning complex SCAs with strategic partners
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Evolving the SCA vision across partner teams
  • Filling the gap between SCA vision and execution by developing executable plans
  • Governing partner SCAs through QBRs and executive-level reporting
  • Shaping transformative initiatives across Build, Market, and Sell motions
  • Ensuring executive alignment through top-level communication
  • Owning SCA Business Cases and managing change when business priorities shift
  • Serving the growth of AWS partner business globally through SCA extensions
  • Developing scalable mechanisms for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B2B Go-to-Market and Sales lifecycle expertise
  • Experience growing through channel and technology partners
  • Multi-year program management experience across organizations
  • Managing high-stakes business relationships and executive stakeholders
  • Doing business in the EMEA region with fluency in French or Spanish
  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred
