About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team at Adp, Inc. as a key member of our Sales organization. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Digital Sales teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • RFx Answering: Utilize your expertise to respond to complex RFx (Request for Proposal) questions, leveraging our proprietary Responsive database and internal portals to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Content Curation: Maintain and update our Responsive content database, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for our Sales teams.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various ADP teams and stakeholders to validate complex answers, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Demonstrations and Presentations: Deliver engaging webex presentations and product demos to showcase our solutions, highlighting their value and benefits to our clients.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including product videos and written responses, to support our Sales teams in their interactions with clients.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French (C2) and English (C1) is required, with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Technical Writing: Proven ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messages, tailored to the needs of our clients.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in sales, service, or human resources.
  • ADP Offerings: Knowledge of ADP's offerings, including Decidium and ADPLink, is a significant advantage.
