Job Overview

Amazon is seeking a talented Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards in supporting server and network hardware and software.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and at least one year of experience in server/network hardware and operation systems maintenance/troubleshooting. They will also have a sound understanding of incident response and prioritization, as well as good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of server and network hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Adapt to a fast and constantly changing environment and work shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Follow Amazon Data Center processes and maintain high operational standards
