Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our data center operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our servers, storage, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incidents and follow established procedures to resolve issues
  • Maintain and troubleshoot server and network hardware and software
  • Ensure proper media operations and capacity management
  • Participate in site management and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Learn and develop new skills in operation and support processes
Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Up to 1 year of experience in server/network hardware and operation systems maintenance/troubleshooting
  • Fresh graduates welcome
Preferred Qualifications
  • Majoring in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of computer server hardware, Linux operating system, and operations processes
