About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Mobility Technology Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in translating our E-mobility product roadmaps into a technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the e-mobility market introduction of key technologies
  • Support business development and early customer discussions
  • Capture internal and external dependencies, foster collaboration
  • Technical lead for E-mobility and safeguard and channel the technology push
  • Develop platform roadmaps for E-mobility converter and control
  • Plan and execute for key Epics
  • Improve quality issues within the e-mobility area
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferred
  • Proactive, result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as reliability
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to manage expectations and complex interdependencies
  • Skilled communicator who can interface with numerous external and internal parties and stakeholders at all levels in a multi-cultural environment
  • Previous experience in industrial domain and RD; is plus
  • Previous experience within e-mobility business is considered plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
