Thermo Fisher Scientific is a leading provider of laboratory products and services. Our Research and Safety Market Division (RSD) is a key part of our business, offering a vast portfolio of products and services to the laboratory market.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets in your designated territory through effective selling to researchers and procurement people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profit targets in your designated territory through effective selling to researchers and procurement people.
- Build and maintain an effective network of connections within the Thermo Fisher Scientific organization and with representatives of other suppliers.
- Develop and implement a strategic and tactical sales plan for your specified territory and lead pricing within the territory to optimize profitability.
- Provide accurate and formal feedback on market trends, business opportunities, customers, and competitor activity to Sales Management.
Requirements:
- Validated sales experience, preferably in the research laboratory market.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in the sciences or equivalent work experience.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office and the Web.
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
- Full driver's license to travel frequently to customer locations.
- Written and spoken Spanish and English.
