About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate CommScope's Ruckus Networks technology and brand to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams.
  • Proactively manage the nominated Partner base to close revenue.
  • Expand client/partner relationships, develop solutions to existing accounts, and prospect with non-users of the CommScope Ruckus portfolio.
  • Grow our Tier 2 Partners, directly manage medium-sized deals with end users, and serve as the primary outbound prospecting engine.
Requirements
  • High level of English and almost native level of Spanish.
  • Knowledge of the IT sector.
  • Understanding of the Sales Cycle and a consistent track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals.
  • Professional knowledge of CRM solutions.
  • Aptitude for account mapping and using online tools and resources to conduct research and due diligence.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships.
  • High energy, commitment, and dedication to exceeding company goals.
