We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at CommScope. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in our line of business accounts through expanding client relationships, developing solutions to existing accounts, and prospecting with non-users of our CommScope Ruckus portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track sales activity, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are providing the best solutions to our customers.

Requirements:

  • High level of English and almost native level of German.
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals.
  • Professional knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions.
  • Demonstrates aptitude for account mapping and using online tools and resources to conduct research and due diligence to understand client business drivers.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships.
  • High energy, commitment, and dedication to exceeding company goals.
  • Demonstrates drive and determination to achieve objectives and overcome obstacles to deliver results.
