Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our operations and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain work allocation solutions to drive efficiency within operations.
  • Partner with operations and business teams to consult, develop, and implement KPIs, automated reporting, and process improvements.
  • Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to senior leaders.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, and reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
