Senior Operations Leader, Prime Video Global Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Leader to join our Prime Video Global Operations team in Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement site-wide improvements in operations, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand business strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish metrics and reporting structures to measure efficiency and quality of labor force.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholder teams through regular reviews and action plans.
- Support local site management, including Free Trade Zone, recruiting, and facilities management.
- Communicate risks or issues to senior management and develop solution-oriented action plans to mitigate these risks.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team managers and individual contributors.
The Prime Video DigiFlex Operations team partners with stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience. We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience managing global/regional teams (50+ employees) both virtually and on-site.
- Experience managing operations and using data/metrics to help design strategies, identify, and implement improvements.
- Fluent in English and Spanish language.
- Extensive change management expertise.
- Master's degree or equivalent working experience.
- Experience managing and delivering product quality or testing.
- Experience defining product/program roadmaps and requirements.
- Experience with digital video streaming and/or customer-facing user interfaces.
- Experience with digital supply chain.
- Fluent in French, German, or Italian.
