Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with travel service providers (TPS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sourcing and distribution strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to negotiate at senior levels.

Key Responsibilities:
* Connect and optimize new and existing TPS connections to achieve revenue targets.
* Engage in strategic conversations with TPS to discuss plans for product optimization and growth.
* Monitor TPS performance and take action to maximize opportunities and reach revenue targets.
* Finalize contracts with new TPS and renew or amend existing contracts as needed.

Requirements:
* Excellent understanding of sourcing and distribution strategies.
* Strong analytical skills to assess gaps and opportunities.
* Result-driven and passionate about delivering results.
* Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Good knowledge of the travel industry and XML distribution.
* Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Tableau, Atlas, and Accelerate.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication with all audiences.
* Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* English speaker; Spanish advisable.
* Experience in sourcing and/or sales within the travel industry.
* Commercial/technical knowledge of XML Distribution advisable.
