Our Ads Success Team (AST) plays a crucial role in supporting advertisers on Sponsored Ads (SA) and Demand-Side Platform ad products (DSP). We're looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Account Performance Managers.

About the Role

">

This exciting opportunity provides the chance to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate. As an Account Performance Manager, you'll take complete ownership of a portfolio of accounts, reviewing every account in detail to understand performance levels. You'll engage with advertisers and in-country Account Managers to understand advertising goals and expectations, leading kick-off calls and driving discussion using a pre-set agenda.

You'll execute end-to-end ad optimization, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing account performance against key metrics, and identifying, recommending, and implementing optimization solutions to increase efficiency and meet clients' KPIs. You'll also monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular reports and insights, using this knowledge to inform future campaigns.

In addition, you'll work closely with Account Management, Sales & Marketing, and Product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance, preparing documents around best practices, SOPs, and frameworks for innovations. Your experience in data and results-oriented environments, combined with your ability to analyze complex data sets, will be invaluable in identifying opportunities to improve Amazon Advertising's product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree">
  • Work experience in a similar role">
  • Fluency in English and Italian (in respect to writing, reading, and speaking)">
  • Experience in a data and results-oriented environment with external customer interaction">
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word)">

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
