Role Overview

A key position in our Amazon Advertising team, this role requires a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive ad optimization strategies. With a strong background in digital advertising and a data-driven approach, you will be responsible for analyzing account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to meet client KPIs.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ad Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand advertiser goals and expectations, and develop effective ad optimization strategies to meet their needs. Your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving will be essential in driving campaign success and improving overall account performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, including Standard and High Value advertisers
  • Analyze account performance against key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement ad optimization strategies to increase efficiency and meet client KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand advertiser goals and expectations
  • Communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and insights
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Work experience in a similar role, preferably in digital advertising
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written, reading, and speaking)
  • Experience working with external customers and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications

For advanced candidates, we also consider:

  • MBA in Digital Advertising or other related Master's degree
  • Experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space
  • Proven success in business development, advertising, or account management roles
  • Data-driven approach and analytical knowledge (Advanced Excel, basic SQL knowledge a plus)

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
